They fixed my computer on the spot no waiting. They charged a reasonable fee and even helped me with a couple of other problems. I'll bring my computer back to them if I have any more problems.

My computer needed a fan and card replacement. Even after ordering the parts it only took 4 business days to repair it. They were very friendly, gave the me old parts, and actually knew what they were doing.

I had a fan replaced in my laptop. That was done. When I went to pick it up, they had trouble finding my power supply, and at first tried to convince me that I did not bring one in with it. They finally found it. Did not receive any type of written warranty for work done. They wiped out my profile on the laptop so that I had to rebuild it. They could not get my password to work, but when I tried it, it worked fine. Just didn't seem very professional.
