Gene and Tina were very helpful with testing for the mold. I think it was anxiety producing to have to wait a week before knowing the results. I could have paid another fee to hurry it along but feel that there should be someplace closer then the east coast to mail the samples. I did not like the air purifier. It triggered an asthma attack.

Eugene was very informational and took the time to show us what he was looking for,and explained in detail about it. We felt very comfortable with him on what he told us. He followed up as he said and checked in with us and we have told other people what a fabulous job in actually caring about the matter. Some people don't take the time there just in and out, but he was great on everything he did! Thanks!

They did a great job for our client and only missed one area that had mold in the pantry under the bottom shelf and between the walls on the other side of it where the plumbing had a slow leak.
