4/23/2012 I had John and his crew return to replace the roof on my large woodshed. Once again the job was tops all the way. I highly recommend them! 8/2009 The roof repair on my small barn, done by John & his crew was top notch & professional all the way. The price was fair & they did their best to match the existing metal roof; they worked in pouring rain to complete the job, going above & beyond to straighten sections to facilitate rain run off; they cleaned up, hauling away all damaged panels & related debris. John's arrival was timely and his presentation professional. I appreciated the fact that he sat down with me shared photos and discussed all details of the problems with my roof. He explained the work he proposed and answered questions then gave me tips on preventive measures. He also shared tips and recommendations about other repair concerns. He provided me with a folder of information about his background and servicing details and helpful handouts about the roofing industry. I had a very pleasant experience with John and would hire him again in the future.

Repaired cracked roof vents that were leaking and causing water damage. Identified other problem areas of roof and repaired. The work was completed in a timely fashion for a reasonable cost. The only problem was a miscommunication on scheduling when they did not show for an appointment one day. I received a call and apology for missing the appointment and they rescheduled me quickly.

Candy with NRM called me about 10 seconds after I had submitted my request to Service Magic, just as I was getting ready to review the recommended companies. I had used Tom with Dependable Roofing before and would use him again, but he was not immediately available. So I went with NRM and was totally satisfied. John was prompt and professional, he showed up when he said he would and performed the work that he said he would, including cleaning up afterward. The cost was per the estimate and the leaks were fixed. I could not ask for more. So far I am batting 1000 with Service Magic recommended professionals.
