Stephen and crew did great job putting down mulch in our yard and were careful with emerging Spring plants. Our place looks really nice. We plan to have them back later this year for pruning and Fall clean-up.

After damage from two wind storms (two trees down and two others removed) my yard needed help. I met Stephen after the second storm, and stayed in contact w/him. He and his crew recently did some much needed landscaping work for me. He was very personable, professional, and worked right along with his two employees, and did a great job. They worked very hard. It doesn't look like the same yard. The job consisted of some clean-up, replanting, and spreading barkdust/compost. Also, he patiently answered any question I asked on future upkeep, plantings, etc. He loves what he does, and it shows. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone requiring these services. I think his price was fair, and would look forward to working with him again!

I asked Steve for an initial cleanup of an overgrown lawn plus a quote for ongoing yard care. Steve showed up a day later than planned to bid the yard but I really wasn't in a hurry and he didn't need me there. The yard was already overgrown as my previous yard guy disappeared on me. Steve was a day late getting the initial mowing done, but it was a holiday weekend and it had been raining quite heavily, so that's entirely understandable. The bid was pretty reasonable ($30/mow + a little extra for taking down the initial overgrowth, $140/mo for "full service" care for a medium sized corner lot). This review is based on the initial mowing and weeding as ongoing service hasn't started yet. They were quick and did a pretty good job. Would get 5 starts with a little better cleanup (small piles of dirt/grass clippings collected in the doorway corners for example) but I'm quite satisfied with the work that was done. Review will be updated a couple months after ongoing maintenance starts but so far so good. Yardpros does invoice so I don't have to pay the day the work is done like with my last guy. This is very convenient.

I purchased a new home and the lawn hadn't been watered in a while. It was dead in sections, weeds were growing in others so my HOA was not pleased. They dethatched the lawn, added fertilizer & seeded the lawn. It was fast, efficient and reasonsbly priced. Highly recommend them.

The person I was dealing with would make appointments to come to see me orto do my yard and did not show or call with an explanation until after I had to call to see what the problem was, usually a week later. I made a map of my yard and told whim what I wanted done some of it was but some was not so there is a lot of fine tuning that needs to be done. Which I will be doing myself.

"This is Stephen Floyd and I thought I would respond to this review. I tried to contact Kathy many times after I saw this strange review of our services. I never got a reply even upon coming to the house. I know she doesn't use a computer according to what she told me, but does have a neighbor who helps her. When we finished up her back yard clean up job, she was so happy with our work that she told us to wait while she went to Albertsons to buy us a brownie cake as a gift. While she was gone and we were finishing up with little things. She later commented how happy she was that we went above and beyond what we had discussed by clearing the debris out in the front driveway as well. I came back a few weeks later to even follow up and transplant a few iris that were previously covered in weeds until after our clean up. No others issues, if any, were brought up. I was hoping I would hear back from Kathy eventually about what went wrong and why they were so nice to us only to write this review? I still want to follow up,... and those clients that know us know that I always make sure we do all we can to follow up on anything. I take my job real personal and me and my team are very committed to taking care all of our clients the best we can. If it is not a 5 star or above, we don't feel like we have finished our job and still need to try to improve, which I believe there is always room to do in a profession that you take seriously. Thank You! :)"

He came to our place and looked at the job. He said it would be $75 for the Spring Cleanup. He then started woring on the year, because we were showing the house on Saturday. Took him around 1 hour an the job was gone. Thanks again for the great service!!
