"The customer was given the ball park price right in the very beginning. this was a leak in a missed matched piping on a hydronic heat radiator. We did the repair, tested the line and the boiler fired up and running fine. still I had a second call. The customer was not charged for the second call. We had to cut out additional pipe to accommodate another repair, again, the customer was not charged one dollar extra. Even though this was on a Sunday! Yes, we do not work for free, yes we bring the tools and common parts with us. Still from time to time, we have to get the odd ball fitting in order to minimize the qualities of joints there by limi"
