This is one professional operation. From my first conversation with Mike, I felt taken care of and felt I was in good hands…and he didn’t disappoint. His work is precise and detailed. He doesn’t rush. One will feel that he really wants to satisfy his client; including answering my myriad questions. A miracle is that you are told the pricing upfront. No surprises and reasonable. I got my brand new 77" LG G2 mounted by Mike and it was a great experience through and through. Mike was very responsive when I was initially looking for more information about the process and cost. On the day of installation, Mike was very professional, had a lot of respect for my space (cleaned up after himself, wore booties in the apartment, etc...), worked with me on figuring out the perfect location for the TV, and was quick and efficient in getting the job done. I highly recommend NYC TV Mounts.

Mike mounted my TV, and did an excellent job. My requirements were quite fussy - the TV needed to be hung at a very precise place on the wall, with tricky cable management, as I am using all HDMI 2.1a cables, which are rigid and unwieldy. Mike rose to the challenge, and I'm thrilled with the results.

Had the pleasure of working with Mike again today for the second time. If you are looking for someone to mount your tv, soundbar, home theater, look no more. Mike is very professional and gets the job done in a timely manner.

Looked around at a couple of services, but Mike's reviews were the only ones that were consistently glowing. After working with him on a TV mounting project, I can see why he's earned those positive reviews, and I'm glad to add to them. I called him to get a quote, and he was super patient, walking me through the process, explaining my options and costs, and really trying to get a handle on my needs. I booked him shortly after, and the process was ridiculously simple on his website. He was in constant communication over email, and we confirmed what we spoke about on the phone. He quoted me prices for materials, and gave me detailed descriptions, so I could see the prices he was charging me were standard retail - no professional markup. He understood that I wasn't 100% of some of the services I was asking for, and needed to see the options in person. When he got here, he was respectful of our asks around distancing and masking. He put shoe covers on on his own accord, which was a nice touch. The job he did was fantastic, and he noticed there was something wonky with my coax wall plate, and he fixed it for me, unasked. He wants his work to look good, which means my place looks good. Real professional, courteous, efficient, communicative, and reasonably priced. Highly recommend.
