Edwin followed up quickly and set accurate expectations regarding his arrival time and project cost. Despite being challenged by an old, rusted infrastructure, he maintained a positive, can-do attitude. The work was completed in a professional manner; cleanup was complete. We have already identified opportunities for future engagement.

I had to have a small (3/8" x 1/2") compression adapter replaced to connect to my dishwasher which cost $175. For what was done in my opinion, the charge was excessive.

$200 minimum charge is very expensive for snaking a toilet. 5 min job. Due to fees charged contractors by Home Advisor? Clearly above norm outside of a referral agency.

Our plumber was Edwin Stevens. This was the second time we had hired this company because they also helped us out in the fall. They did exactly what we had asked them to do. The prices were fair and the work was excellent. Mr. Stevens made special time for us because we had a pressing need. He accommodated all of our requests in a timely manner. He was easy to work with and is an excellent communicator.

He kept his scheduled time. He was not rushing, installed the heater very carefully and even contacted me that day evening asking any questions do I have? And asked me how the heater is performing. Outstanding service. Thank you guys.

Edwin is the 2nd pro I contacted and I'm glad I did! The 1st pro told me that my unit was not worth servicing (over the phone without even looking at it or with me giving him make/model/years old), however when I spoke with Edwin, he said he would come for a service call to accurately assess the situation. He was able to service our boiler and make a couple minor repairs. We are extremely grateful as new homeowners to have been able to work with someone honest and knowledgeable who didn't try to push us toward spending more money to replace the whole unit when we can have a couple more years of use from it! Edwin was also very communicative - we spoke over the phone and via text. Everything was completed in a timely manner and I am extremely satisfied to have a working and safe boiler (natural gas) now!
