After getting several bids, Rand was the only contractor who didn't suggest a quick fix. My house is from the 1800's and repairs are never easy. He studied and analyzed the problem of my very old sliding garage doors and quoted me a price based on a long lasting repair. His work was meticulous and fairly priced. He was a pleasure to do business with, very honest and reliable. I am so glad I found him. I plan on using him again when the occasion arises.

Rand Miller has completed multiple projects for us and has exceeded our wildest expectations. He is Knowledgeable, trustworthy, dependable, honest, clean, respectful, timely, and highly skilled in his field. He is incredibly organized and neat. It almost seemed like the room was cleaner after he left than before he came!!! Rand is easy to talk with and happily shares information when you ask questions. He also cares very much how a room looks when it is completed and will offer suggestions as you work with him on a project. Rand installed a bathroom vanity for us. He was doing such beautiful work that before we knew it, we had asked him to put in new doors and paint the room for us. Because we knew he cared how the finished room would look, we asked his advice on the paint color. As for his skill in spackling, what can I say? Our walls looked brand new. Rand was knowledgeable about plumbing and suggested new light switches which he installed as well. He also repaired some tile work for us in a very creative way since it was difficult to purchase an exact match to what we already had. Our living room needed a wall repaired, and not only did Rand repair it so it looked better than new, he offered to reattach the drapery rod. I was ecstatic because that meant I didn’t have to wait for my husband to do it! I have many more projects for Rand, and look forward to having him return. He was a total pleasure to work with.

Rand has been my "go-to person" for any repairs needed on my home for the last 18 months. He has repaired screens, doors, ceilings, cleaned gutters and replaced electrical and plumbing fixtures. Came within 40mins of calling on a Sunday morning - as I woke up to a downstairs leak originating in my upstairs bathtub. Very knowledgeable, solved the problem with ease and understanding, and charged a fraction of what any rival "emergency service" would have cost. This will be a pro I will be using for an array of home repairs due to his vast knowledge considering his reliability and price - I highly recommend this pro!

Rand was as absolute pleasure to work with. He was on time, confirmed the appointment, and did fantastic work. He was neat, placed his tools on his rug and kept the house clean. Not only did he fix my issue, but to do so, had to run out and grab a specific part from home depot. He did all this and finished the project.
