NY/NJ Wildlife Removal, Inc. is a humane wildlife removal company. We've gained a reputation for being timely, knowledgeable, cost effective and at the same time providing excellent customer service. Our company's employees are always discrete and professional. We supply wildlife removal for both commercial and residential locations in New York City and all the neighboring boroughs, including NJ. Wildlife domains are being developed more so now to create housing which makes it hard for wildlife animals to find a place to call home. Priding ourselves on understanding the need to resolve this issue, we practice the most technologically advanced measures when it comes to removing unwanted guests. Our company not only removes the unwanted animal, we sanitize, disinfect and repair any type of damage the animal made to the dwelling. louis comes off as very nice, charged me $1600 for an hour of work to put a one way trap door for raccoons. cited a one year warranty. I thought I was paying for quality service, when I had another issue 6 weeks later. "sorry pal it's another $50 for my time" whoever is reading this. DO NOT TRUST OR USE THESE PEOPLE. The guy hasn't even come back to remove the one way trap door. HORRIBLE OVERPRICED SERVICE.

was told if I agree with price they would do job right away did not they would come next morning never came all day never called nothing I called 145pm told me they will come after 4 waited till 7pm called them there not coming I waited 12hrs all day for them next morning they came then charged me $50 more then they told me for the spikes customer service was great till I agreed to job then down hill

This firm was very responsive to my problem, answered my questions during the process of eliminating the small pest. Work was done on time and the cost was a bit lower than other estimates I had received from other contractors. I'm very pleased with the service and quality.
