For any homeowner trying to find a reliable, efficient and trustworthy contractor can be a challenge. I contacted Home Advisor with skepticism since the reviews were mixed. NY Restoration was the second company I connected with and their response was professional and efficient right from the start. All I can say is that they delivered. We do not live locally so trusting someone with our prized property was very important to us. Jason communicated with me daily providing critical updates. Dealing with condo associations and building supers can be an obstacle of its own. Jason handled everything very professionally and delicately handling any potential issues proactively. Most of the work took place around the holiday season so I was concern with timely deliveries especially since a couple of the items were special order. Jason kept me abreast of changes and worked around our schedule to accommodate us meeting us in person on sundays since we could not be present during the week. I wish every contractor was like NY Restoration. Things will be a lot easier. Thanks Jason and Team.

Unbelievably supportive communication. Kept me informed every step of the faucet repair/leak. It gave me confidence, especially since I was traveling and not there to see the work happening. Went out of their way to fix the leak and were near and organized. Couldn t ask for better service and modest pricing for all the service they provided.

Jason and his crew not only did a fantastic job but were very professional and cleaned up after themselves. The walls and ceiling in my apartment were in terrible shape and now look great!
