We had NY Roofing come out because one section of our gutters wasn?t draining properly and water would spill over the edge during heavier rain. At first we thought it was just clogged, but after looking everything over they found that part of the gutter had started pulling away and wasn?t pitched correctly toward the downspout. They cleaned out the buildup, secured the loose section and adjusted it so the water would flow in the right direction again. They also cleared the downspout and checked the rest of the gutter line while they were there. I appreciated that they explained what was causing the problem instead of immediately telling us everything needed to be replaced. The work was finished the same day and they cleaned up the debris afterward. We?ve had a couple of heavy rains since and the difference is pretty obvious.
