Nabors Garage Doors LLC

On Saturday, November 22, received a visit from Nabors garage Services. A representative by the name of George visited my home to detail the quote for garage installation. Mr. George went over all the details regarding the garage door installation in after going over the details a price of $450 were paid as a deposit to begin work in a few days. After the representative left the home I decided to cancel the installation due to advisement for my realtor because I m selling my home. This cancellation came two hours after Mr. George left my home. I contacted him and requested a refund and he requested that I contact the main office and he provided a phone number at 404-500-0034. I contacted that number and spoke with the representative regarding a refund and a visit from their tech George the representative on the phone by the name of Mike indicated that the staff who supplies the refunds is not there and that he would ask her to give me a call back. This occurred for four days no callback from Nabors at all. On November 26, still no call back from neighbors regarding a refund for the $450 deposit. I decided to give Delta credit union a call my bank and file a dispute because neighbors didn t refund his promise. My bank began to investigate and supply me with a provisional credit of $450 until the investigation concluded And as of November 24/25/26 the refund and thereafter to this day. My bank only provided the provisional credit until Nabors refunded me. My bank did not share the details on how a provisional credit works while the dispute is pending. I was unaware that my bank was giving me a provisional credit. So weeks went by pending investigation so after 30 days, my bank sent an email inquiring if Nabors had refunded me… at the view my bank account, the $450 as provisional credit from my bank showed a deposit and I thought that deposit which was a provisional credit was my refund from Nabors garage but it was not. How did I know because on January 5 my bank retracted the $450 from my account because of the email response I provided with understanding that I was sharing that I received the refund but I didn t. As of today, February 1, 2026 I still have not received $450 refund deposit from Neighbor) s garage doors for counseling the garage door installation two hours after agreeing also in addition to this on November 22 after Mr. George took my $450. I did not receive a copy of the Agreement that I signed by email or a receipt showing that I paid the money except the only evidence I have is bank statement showing that it was withdrawn from my account

They are CROOKS, do not do business with them.

They were hired to installed a door, they were supposed to paint it and then they left a gap between the floor and door and they were supposed to come back and replace the installation fitting.

Excellent although they have to order the part and come back. I will have them to install a new garage door opener in addition to the work scheduled. My technician was excellent and took his time explaining garage door openers to me. He get 10 STARS.
