Nadeau Paving & Construction

Beware. First, I thank Bon Nadeau for his service in armed forces. Second,Took $7500 full payment to correct sagging floor. Did a couple hours of preparatory work then after 1 1/2 months and numerous back and forth text messages, Nadeau will not return to my home to finish the job, putting my home in a very dangerous situation. Had to file complaint with NYS Attorney General and Fulton County Sheriffs office for criminal investigation.

Bob Nadeau fooled about 6 of us into signing up with him and putting a deposit down to the tune of over $1,000.00 per household and NEVER DID THE JOBS! He was unreachable for getting any refund. DO NOT HIRE THIS PERSON! I wish I would been warned.

The worst paving project I have ever seen.

They never came to do the work. Kept putting it off day after day and they HAD NO INSURANCE!!!

Did pretty good work. And was very flexible with my schedule

We contracted with Nadeau Paving and Construction to remove and rebuild a front stoop on a raised ranch. Granted them the work on a Monday, to start on Tuesday. They came to the work site late on Tuesday, without a clear plan of approach or timeline. We drafted up a timeline, that would have demolition take place on Tuesday, the foundation poured on Wednesday and the build performed and completed on Friday. Nadeau confirmed the acceptability of this timeline in writing. Since then, they have performed very minimal work, while we have had a close to full time job asking them when they will be back, what will be the next step etc. It is now Monday a week later, and so far the demo has been performed and the larger debris has been removed from the site. The work area is not yet prepped for the foundational slab to be poured. It is unclear what the remaining plan or timeline is.

Did everything he promised. The job was done and completed as the contract stated, I was very pleased with Mr. Nadeau and his crew. Would definitely recommend it and also the price was lower than all these other paving companies.
