Professional, friendly, fit us in his schedule, would highly recommend this service.

He arrived as predicted and the job was done professionally and in a timely manner. The only complaint I have is their policy to charge a minimum rate of $180 because of where I'm located in relation to their home office location. I noticed on their profile that they service a large area of central Texas. If so, then there should not be a minimum rate charge if the service location is within the service area.

He installed a new connection for the gas dryer, He shut off the gas mains, and turned it on after the installation, This put off the pilot in the water heater, and we were without hot water for two days, till someone told us to check the pilot in the gas water heater, and we had to figure out how to light it. I don't know how this plumber could forget such a routine thing.

Randy, the plumber, was nice, courteous, and knowledgeable about the problem I was having. He explained what I could do in the future to resolve the problem before having to call a plumber.

He is a very nice person, but he didn't finish the job, I got on the computer and fixed my own shower from instructions that was on the computer. He left a hole in the inside wall where the shower is. He left a mess from water on the floor. As far as being a person he was very nice,with a nice personality Thanks, Treva

The plumber came out, diagnosed the problem, and said he would call me back on MON. He called me back, I said the problem was still there. He said he would order some parts and get back with me. After not hearing anything for 5 days I called back to tell Nagy Plumbing that this kind of service was unsatisfactory and that I was going to hire another plumber.

The young man was very helpful, took care to protect my furniture.

Randy from Nagy Plumbing solved our toilet problems in a very short timeframe. He was very personable and efficient. We are planning on calling Nagy again.

Mr. Nagy called for information later than expected and my wife had already hired someone. Actually she didn't know Mr. Nagy was supposed to call because she didn't get my e-mail in time. I work overseas and our time here is 9 hours ahead of US CST. Mr. Nagy was not at fault in any manner.

Unfortunately, work started late. I was not notified that they would not be showing up on time. In addition, the job was rushed and while digging they cut my cable lines/wires causing me to lack internet, telephone, and cable access for almost 24 hours. I was very frustrated about the situation. The one positive thing is that they did follow up with any problems from the job promptly. Since follow-up, I have not had any more problems with their work.

They were here when they said they would be and did it right the first time.
