They installed the pool the pool was .not level and bottom the frame was bent liner was pinched I called the company they re sent the same guys Out to fix problem the pool was still not done correctly I have now called a pool company to come out to correct the problems they told me that the liner was dunked from what nail it. Did I would like for Nailed it to pay for a new liner

The worst professional job I have ever seen, tried since last year toget them to fix what they screwed up, the next day the cement was falling off, I have sent pictures of what they did, told them I would take this to court, but I guess that’s what I’m going to have to do, the steps are falling apart from what they did,the better businessman bureau might have a different take on this, I tried to work with your company on resolving this issue ,like I said this has been going on since last January, since they tried to fix it, the pictures tell the whole story, and now the step they tried to fix is now falling apart, which in feb 2024 said it will fall off, and it did start the next day, now if someone slips or falls because of your company’s repair ,you will be named in a lawsuit,which I hoped it would not come to this,all my photos were sent , to the number you have listed,and I’m sure social media will show what was done,they told me it was to cold, then why did they send someone !,,,

The installer dd not hang the awning i the 3 hours. He only ut u 2 of the 3 brackets and I. paid the $550.00. should not have paid him. Now the company will not return my calls. If I could not give them any stars they would all be -0. I do not recommend Nail it Handyman to anyone.

Stay away from this company!!!!!! Do not sign a thing until it the job is completed!! They stole nearly $1300 from me and wouldnâ t answer my calls, return my calls, answer emails. An absolute disgrace. They should be locked up.

Make you a favor and do not do business with this company. I hire them for a hood installation and they gave me a certain amount for 8 hours. They spent all the 8 hours and they did not complete the job, and additionally they charged me to my credit card various dollars amounts without reason. Now, I am trying to know why they have charged and they did not respond at all.

I hired this company on August 1 to do some small jobs. Initially, I was concerned because they required a charge against my business checking account of $ 599.00. I did not want to do this but reluctantly agreed to it on July 31, 2024. Then when the man showed up he did not complete the work and left gaping holes in our bathroom light fixtures. I paid him a check fo $ 543.46 paid on August 1 and which posted on August 2 from our personal account. He said I should call the company about getting the work completed. I called them twice yesterday, got voice mail and no return calls were forthcoming. We are very concerned about their lack of professionalism which we had depended on as new owners. We just want them to complete the job as agreed to.

They installed a pellet stove on November 30, 2023. I was happy with the install, but the building dept in our town required a letter on Nailit letterhead stating that the stove was installed according to NY state codes in order to give me the Certificate of Occulancy and closeout the permit and job. I have called approximately 15 times, left messages, had my daughter write an email and had the building inspector call. I still have not heard from. I just need a letter stating that it was installed correctly. What is the problem? Does Nailit not stand by their work?

My review is in the negative. Is there any way to delineate that? September 2023 they were hired to put up a shed ordered from Home Depot. Their work was beyond shoddy. (I have many pictures). The company NEVER responded; they only re-routed me and roadblocked me from speaking to anyone in charge. (I have ALL the times I attempted contact). After spending 3,900 to erect the shed, I had to pay someone else 2,000 to take it down completely and rebuild it. It was NOWHERE near what their advertisement represents. They also are not accredited by BBB. (I should have checked there FIRST)

This was the worst experience we have ever had dealing with any company. When I first called to schedule the appointment, everything seemed great. After the initial call it was all completely downhill. To summit up workers spent eight hours at my house and only four brackets for an above ground pool or put together. They held $1000 out of my account and cashed the $1500 check immediately after leaving on the first day. They insisted we pay for the five hours they had put in plus the three for the next day to complete the project in order to retain the discount that we were promised. At the end of the three hours, they still did not have anything completed and we wouldâ ve had to keep paying more money. We ended up asking them to leave because we could see that we had already wasted a ton of money. Customer service was terrible when called along with sales department when the wrong amount of money was initially held on my card to hold the date. we had two decent technicians that were kind of put in the middle but overall did not even work the full eight hours that they were at the house. They spent a lot of time watching videos on how to install pools and asking us questions, along with calling the Pool company installation helpline. I would not recommend any type of work be done by this company.

BUYER BEWARE!!! If I could give ZERO stars across the board I certainly would! The absolute WORST experience from start to finish. I was sold a complete and utter false bill of goods from the start. When the "service tech" arrived in his personal car (instead of a company vehicle per described) with no tools or supplies and had no clue what he was at my house for, I knew it was a disaster. He also stated that this was standard protocol for the company to sell "what the customer wants to hear" and quote for the shortest time frame and then worry about the repercussions when the they arrive for the job. Do yourselves a favor and call a local company and spare yourselves the waste of time and energy. The customer service is the worst component of all! I have reached out two dozen times with ZERO response from Lauren, their operations manager. Pretending the issue will disappear isn't reality Lauren...do your JOB!

Most contractors are not very professional and rarely on time. So, I was delighted when the handyman from Nailit showed up on time and I was hoping for a LT relationship. When I signed up for a job the marketing fellow said there is a min of 2 hrs charge but unused portion will be credit it. I had a leaky porch door frame and the fellow sealed it but didn't work. I sent text/photos on what to do next and he NEVER responded. After 2 wks, I called the office and with some delay, the office mgr, Lauren, said my porch needed more work. Since she is an office person & never saw my porch, I didn't have any confidence although she claimed its after talking to the daniel the handyman. She also said I will get the credit for 1 hour unused portion. When I got back to her a while later, she now claimed there is no credit and now there is a 3hr min. I contested her and it took her 10 days to get back and basically said tough luck. I cc'd the president. No response. Seems Nailit gives a slick marketing pitch but its a bait/switch marketing to sign up customers. promise good service but a terrible follow up. Ken

Lauren felt I would have to submit pictures before anything could be done. Pictures were submitted for Lauren perusal and calling the office, my message go directly to voicemail.

The handyman who showed up to repair my stone steps did not know how to do masonary work even after I showed him the job and asked him if he knew masonary work, He said yes. That was not true. he went to Home Depot for supplies and came back with what appeared to be som calking of some sort. The only tool he used was a cheap spatula. The job was to repair some loose steps and my hand rail. To be frank about it, a 5 year old could have done a better job. He squirted this caulking type of stuff all over my steoa missing several areas ans getting this caulking produck all ove the flat steps looking a mess. I had to stopr teh check, But they still have the deposit from my credit card. I have called several times the same day without an answer or call back when I left a message. So far I can't get any remediation foe the terrible job that was done. The handyman's name is Mauriice S. I am hoping that after the Holidays, someone willl come to my home and see the terrible job that was don and do something about it. I am willing to pay the remainder of the original quote.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. If I could give zero stars I would. I hired this company to replace damaged ceiling drywall in my parentâ s house. I also asked that they make sure the leak that caused the damage was fixed. I was told the work would take 2 hours. I booked the job for the next day, February 27, 2024, with an 8:30 to 9:30 start time. On February 27th, I received a call letting me know that someone had called out sick and that they arrival time would be around noon instead of 9:30, which was fine. The worker didnâ t arrive until after 2pm, which was again fine. The work ended up taking longer and my parents were handed a bill that was $200 over the price quoted. We were told if we paid cash, we would get a $75 discount, so my father went to the bank and made sure he had enough cash for the job. My 88 year old father had to root through his house trying to find the extra cash!!! I tried to make a Zelle payment but couldnâ t because the office was already closed. I reached out to Nail It the following day and spoke with their operations manager, Lauren. I was hoping to get a partial refund but she was unable to do that for me. Lauren said she would review the audio to confirm the conversation but the best she could do was the 1 free hour. Well, after the work done and the ceiling dried, it looked terrible. The drywall was not replaced as I requested, it was just covered with spackle. I visited my parents house on March 3, 2024 and took pictures. I called Nail It Handyman on March 4th to advise of our dissatisfaction with the work they had done. I left a message on Monday March 4th , Tuesday March 5th, and Wednesday March 6th. Late Wednesday, Lauren left me a message apologizing for the â phone tagâ and that I needed to send an email with pictures explaining the problem. I did that on Thursday, March 7th. I received a reply to my email that same day advising she would set up a review with the technician and their fleet manager and to allow 24-48 business hours to get back to me. When I didnâ t receive a response in 48 hours, I sent an email on Tuesday, March 12th and then again Wednesday, March 13th asking for an update. On Thursday March 14th, I called Lauren and advised that if I didnâ t receive a response today, I would be leaving a review with my dissatisfaction and that I would be contacting the Better Business Bureau. I did receive a reply later that same day with this: â Sorry for the delays, I was out of the office due to illness. The review of your photos was determined that additional time is needed to complete your job. If you are interested in booking additional time please let us know and we will get you on the calendar.â I have no words for this reply. Of course additional time is needed!!! Itâ s needed because it wasnâ t done right the first time!!! This is the first time I have ever left a review but I felt compelled to do so. This is a terrible company to work with. This company is very quick to book the job and send emails and text messages letting you know of the special â dealsâ they have and to book now to get special pricing but after that nothing. I am beyond dissatisfied with this company.

Over priced by under qualified personnell. A blind person could have done a better job of grouting and caulking. Clean up was non-existent. There is so much more that needs to be said. And YES, I have pics to document I have said.

I was so hopeful to find a consistent, reliable handyman company, however working with this company was a terrible experience. Half of the jobs they completed in my home were done poorly, they damaged my wood floor, and the kickplate I asked the technician to attach on my dishwasher went missing entirely. The customer service rep was less than helpful and stated that we are â at an impassâ on the missing part for my dishwasher. I spent over $750 for poor quality work and rude customer service.
