One Time Interior House Cleaning
Hired for one time move-out cleaning. Ana is friendly and responsive, and did a terrific job cleaning the oven and inside the refrigerator. She and 3 coworkers arrived on time and finished a 1000 sq ft apt within 2.5 hours. However, cleaning was not thorough. Floors not mopped well, with shoe prints remaining on hardwoods. Window shades only cleaned as far up as could be reached while standing on floor. Two of 3 ceiling fans were only cleaned after I reminded them as they were leaving, with dry cloth rather than a cleaning solution. It was disappointing, and afterward I re-cleaned the tub, walls, ceiling fans, shades, floors, counter top and outside of refrigerator.

"Janice, I am really sorry to hear that. After we were done I walked thru the house with u and u told me everything was great. I wish u would tell me that something was wrong and I would fix it on the spot."
