Professional, friendly and great job.

I had not had my house inspected for termites in awhile, so I contacted Najera via Home Advisor. Erik came out with his business partner and performed a full inspection, inside/outside/underneath my house. While it is no doubt easy in this situation to 'find' some kind of problem requiring further work, Erik was very honest in stating that everything was fine and no treatment was necessary. I highly recommend Erik/Najera to others.

Erick is a very nice man. First he came to inspect my house carefully and he proposed a very good solution to our termite problem. Today he came with his coworker and sprayed my house for ants and drilled for termites as well.

Arrived fast, on time and was honest in not recommending the extent of treatment we initially had anticipated. Clear communication with me as well as with the roof contractor who had expressed concern about the termites.

Erik is flexible and accommodating. When I ran out of bags right before the fumigation, Erik delivered more within a few hours. Pricing was the best value of 5 different companies I received quotes from. Although I hope not to have termite issues again any time soon, I would recommend Najera to others and re-use them in the future.

I would highly recommend this company for termite service. They were very professional and didn't mind that I asked plenty of questions about the procedures or anything that troubled me. The price for the service was fair and has a very good warranty. It was a pleasure to have them do the job and I would recommend them to anyone who needs an exterminator. They were very through and neat on the job. Erik A. Cassidy who is the owner is a very nice person and he really made me feel like I could call on him anytime for his help if problems arrive regarding my service. I feel he is honest, experienced and treats his customers with respect since I am a widow who must now take care of my own house and its problems. I picked his company because in my gut, he was the right one for me. I did have three other inspections done and I am glad I choose Erik and his company.
