They had a scheduling conflict with the Tech that day and caused me to leave work 5 hours early or wait for 2 more days. Other than that, the problem was resolved for the minimum service call charge.

On the phone, was not told about flat fee for labor. Didn't communicate with labor costs and the time it would take to complete. Very bad customer service. Gave a slight discount, but labor should not have been $400 for 1 hour worth of work.

Did not complete job all at once. Argumentative and defensive about the work, did come back to try something new, did fix the appliance though. Unsure and unclear about what the issue was and how to fix it.

The Job was performed satisfactory. But They were a little on the pricey side. Charging 220.00 For less than 2 hours work.

My contractor started project by covering hardwood floors and carpeting with drop cloths.........and it got better as he progressed!!! I had a wall board gas furnaced installed in 5 hours. Totally happy with Shaun's work.
