Nancy is the best! This was my first job with her. She exceeded my expectations. Arrived on time for our appointment. She was so gracious and helpful and brought perfect fabric samples to choose from. I was con erned about turn around as I have visitors coming. Not only did the job proceed as she estimated, including fabric order, my chairs were delivered a week ahead of expected. I'd give her more than 5 stars!

Awesome job perfection

I hired Nancy to help my mom with dining room chairs. This is the second project Nancy's done for me. My mom is a perfectionist! The upholstery work was extremely good and delivered in a very reasonable time. Mom was thrilled. Another project under consideration!

Nancy was quick to respond to my inquiry. She was helpful in choosing the material to use on my four ding room chairs. She had the chairs picked up, finished in less days than she promised. The chairs were delivered back to me. Great work done. I’m very pleased with the work done. Call Nancy. She knows her stuff.

Nancy made it easy. She came over with lots of high quality fabrics to match my decor. Her people removed my furniture did the job and brought it back in a timely manner, beautifully upholstered. The craftsmanship wonderful, everything reinforced and the pattern matches. The price within reason especially for this lovely result. I'm very happy. Nancy is knowledgeable on all things decor. Looking forward to updating my master bedroom.

Nancy responded IMMEDIATELY upon seeing my post. A face-to face meeting followed shortly afterward, where she arrived with a grocery cart filled with fabric samples !! There was SO much to choose from! Once the fabric was selected, the loveseat was collected promptly and within little more than a week, returned to me—like new! Very nice attention to all the detail associated with upholstering.

The workmanship was superb, fast and priced well under all the other options. I have used Nancy’s twice and will use her again happily. I cannot recommend her service enough!

Nancy was always fast to respond - great communication. My unique couch cover job request was accomplished quickly and beautifully for a fair price! I'd received other quotes and spoken to others without finding the right fit (overpriced, not aligned with my request, etc.). I'm very happy.

I was very happy to meet Nancy when she came over to my home to show me materials and they were perfect in colors and designs. My dinner chairs look band new and so does my sofa and they match the rest of my furniture and have given my home an uplift. I regret Hiring Nancy. After looking through many books Nancy brought we picked out - An Antique, French-Type Tapestry. What arrived can only be described as a 1970 Christmas pattern. The piece of fabric Nancy showed us looked nothing like the completed work. She did not have what we were looking for so she pushed what was in stock. Now I will have to live with this monstrosity. Every time I open the door my senses are slammed bringing bile into my throat. I felt rushed to make a decision I will always regret. Granted, we are safe and did not have to vacate our place due to the fires 4 miles away. Still, I am saddened that I hired a person having had 20 years of experience and should have presented accurately what we could expect. The person who did the actual upholstery did do an immaculate job. First pic finished piece. Second pic what we were shown. You decide. Nancy made us sign a contract that there would be no return on custom work. Therefore, we are screwed.

The job was done on time and the quality was excellent.

Just in time to beat the heat my patio was made whole again. Thanks to Nancy I got that professional touch that my project needed. I must say how pleased my friends and family have been with the final results. I really appreciate the quick turnaround from start to finish with pick up and delivery. Straight to the point with estimate/pricing & a very simple process made this an overall great first experience. My (2) patio chairs look brand new and even better than I could imagine. I look forward to some ice cold lemonades in the shade this season on my patio in my fantastic chairs.

We had an excellent experience. Redid our outdoor furniture cushions. Nancy used a great vendor. We're very happy with the results...and the speed with which the work was completed.

The upholsterer Nancy used did a pretty awful job on the seat cushions which were very stiff and had to be redone. Also, I specifically requested that all the stuffing be replaced as this was a 20 year old sofa. I realized some time after delivery that the back cushions were the same dusty old ones. Nancy took no responsibility for any mistakes. The work was done in August of 2020 and she waltzed right into my house without wearing a mask! I was so angry about the back cushions that I never bothered to contact her because I knew Iâ d lose my mind.

My couches look and feel better than I ever thought they could! The process was easy and fast. Nancy is great with communication too. The price was the best quote I got and the quality is superb!

A real professional. Nancy came prepared with the best samples to show us (after asking questions and getting a picture of the sofa we wanted work on). She delivered on time and we couldnâ t be more happy and satisfied.

Recommend Nancy design and will use again, if I jave a new upholstery project.
