Sergio did a lovely job. He was running a bit late, but he made it, followed my rather particular instructions, cleaned up perfectly, and even smoothed the gravel, which I had not requested but was very appreciated. He charged less than some of the other quotes is received and came out the day before Thanksgiving to get it done.

Sergio installed new controller, replaced sprinkler heads, and reseeded for summer lawn. He told me to call him if the sprinklers needed readjustments. Center sprinkler has major water leak, and others overshooting areas. Called for 2 weeks, and texted, he never responded until 3rd called to Home Advisor to complain. They called him and patched me through, where he belittled me saying he did his work, and it was my responsibly to monitor it. He promised to come out to fix the sprinkler heads the next day. He has yet to show up. Lawn is bear in many spots. I will have to pay someone else to reseed and fix sprinklers. Sergio also only wanted cash payment, paid him $250.00 up front (needed it to buy supplies), and $250.00 the next day. Will definitely not use their company again! Left all trash (empty fertilizer bags, etc. behind back yard gate).

I had a huge jungle of overgrowth in my backyard. They tackled the mess for a very good price. The only reason I didn t give 5 stars is because they could ve done a better job with the blower with blowing away the lawn clippings.
