Ermal and his team were the best we have ever worked with. Every single contractor was so professional and helpful. Ermal was there guiding the process every step of the way. This was a MAJOR remodel and we couldn’t be more happy with the results.

I had an extensive remodel of a 1950â s bathroom including extending a shower into a closet space. Several issues due to the age of the home were taken care of professionally . Every person who came was friendly and did excellent work and Ermal was very responsive anytime I reached out to him. In addition, everyone wore masks .The bathroom is beautiful!

They did an excellent job installing a backsplash in our kitchen. Ermal s father returned the next day to replace a kitchen and three bathroom faucets. He had some challenges with the faucet in the pedestal sink because it is so close to the wall, but kept at it until the job was done. Everyone was on time, pleasant and cleaned up when finished.

N & E Construction did a fantastic job on our guest bathroom. It was a total remodel creating a tile walk-in shower. The quality of workmanship was excellent! We have already spread the work in our neighborhood!!

We are neighbors of Debi S. and trusted her recommendation after seeing the work. We had a garage added to the house and it looks as though it has been part of the house forever. Very pleased with the work and Ermal s responsiveness.

They did a fantastic job on our kitchen, did everything except the cabinets and countertop which they coordinated with the other vendors. The job included taking down a load bearing wall. They were great to work with, on time, very knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend them for any project - large or small!

Ermal is a very personable young professional who took a tired 1970's condo and brought it up to today's standard. All new kitchen by removing the galley walls and installing a beautiful granite top island. Filled a sunken living area, removed and re-beamed 3 bearing walls. The condo was full of soffits for the HVAC system, all upgraded to a roof duct system. Ermal's father is a master craftsman. Our place is absolutely beautiful now. People cannot believe the change. Installed half the wood before they realized there two completely different types of wood. This was a glued-down job, which made the wood used a waste. Then I had to purchase new wood for which they paid half.

We had N& E Construction remodel our kitchen, master bath, guest bath, powder room, reface the fireplace, install new baseboards, new interior doors, and two new patio doors. Our house now looks beautiful and up to date. Ermal knows how to accurately bid projects and keeps his crews on schedule. He also made good recommendations on where to select tile and the designer to work with. His father is a true craftsman and does beautiful tile and stone work. Whenever I had a question, concern or wanted something changed Ermal's response was "Not a problem" and he would see that the issue was taken care of. Now that is true customer service!

We also had them remodel our kitchen, paint and tile the living room, dining room and hall. They were very responsive and easy to work with. We are very pleased with the design guidance we received and now have a beautiful new, old home.
