N&H General Construction Company Inc. has been in business for over thirty years and specializes in poured-in-place concrete foundations and flatwork. We are currently working in Montgomery, Frederick, Howard, Anne Arundel, Northern Prince George and Fairfax county areas and are always looking to establish new working relationships with area builders. While you may have found an isolated spot along the edge that may not have been a full 4", I am confident that if you poked around elsewhere that you would find the required 4" depth was exceeded on the vast majority of the job- N&H"
"This is why we hesitate to give "ballpark" numbers before the job is completely analyzed in the office. The additional $300 covered additional concrete and face framing that was required due to unusual site conditions.
