They were unable to perform the service that we hired them for. That is fine and understandable considering the situation. I am giving them a low rating because they said that they would get back to us with more information and I have emailed, texted, and called and heard nothing.

N&N solved a number of problems for me. They installed new outlets and lighting fixtures and replaced others, both inside and out. They rewired two basement rooms to replace hanging bulb pulls with outlets. And they replaced under the counter lights for ones that are much brighter.

Too expensive.

I hired NNN to provide consultation on how to properly wire my basement. The electrician was very courteous and on time and provided good direction as well as approved all the work that I had accomplished at that point. I plan to have them return to do the final inspection and any additional consultation I need to ensure that all the circuits are properly hooked up and to code. The owner was very courteous on the phone, very informational and very willing to help in any way that he could. This is the type of contractor you want to hire to do electrical work. Great customer service is key to ensuring the customer has received what they expect and pay for.

N&n sent Dan out on a Friday night of a holiday weekend without any problems. They were efficient cost effective, and most of all the customer service was amazing.

I had some of my Christmas lights blow out and was concerned it might be a problem with the outlet. N&N called and asked about my problem and told me it was more likely the lights since we have had them for some time. Bought a new set, plugged them in and all working fine with no problems. Did not have to have a house call. Appreciated that I was called shortly after I had put my problem on line and felt assured after talking with them that the outlet was OK. I rated N&N a five on quality and value for the money since the review would not go through without those ratings but since a call took care of my problem, I really can not speak to those except to say that I have not been charged for the professional advice over the phone and they were very pleasant to talk with. They addressed and fixed prior issues left by a former contractor, were prompt, careful. Did the work asked, but added a few better ideas in terms of how things were laid out, how three way wires and switches were done.

Pro: Very efficient installation. The tech set up my thermostat to work with my phone and saved me time. Con: I had to pay for 1.5 hours when the tech was done under an hour.
