Don't trust them. They want money upfront and don't do the job.

William and Stephanie kept us informed and the project was completed in a timely manner.

This was an awful experience. It was nothing but stress. The salesman Sean came out and we hit it off, he spent 3 hours going over the project scope (less than 240sq total -pathway & porch) It was very expensive compared to the other quotes I received but they assured me the seal was superior to any other brand. It cost almost $10sq ft, and I supplied all the materials! They supplied Base/Sand/Seal. They had 2 weeks to complete the project because I was leaving the country and it had to be done. I was flying out on Tuesday...They sent 1 guy out on Saturday at 3:30pm! Of course the job was not completed, I had to fly back because they completely botched the job and materials! I asked for a refund, they said no, unless I was willing to sign something saying I refused to let them fix it. I allowed them to fix it, we are now 2 weeks past deadline and all my other projects are being held up! I gave them 1 star because Jesus and his crew are amazing. I actually hired Jesus 4 years ago to do my backyard and he is the best. Too bad he contracts out with this company now! Long story short, I picked a light grey Polymeric Sand, but when they applied it, it was almost BLACK. It stained my pavers and they used a cheap seal over top. The Sand comes right out and the stones look the exact same. They cut corners and applied a natural seal instead of the 10 year acrylic one we agreed too. Nothing but an expensive headache... do not hire this company, nothing but smooth talking liars! Awful experience.

The man (note: man, not men) they assigned to do the job had no idea about how to prep for, pour and finish a concrete slab. The initial excavation was very shoddy and then he showed up unannounced and without the proper equipment to do the job. After the pour (without forms I might add) he spent hours working and reworking the finish, which ended up with high spots, low spots and foot prints all over it. The slag from the pour ended up all over my driveway, which I am going to have to hire someone to grind off. I ended up spending 2 days chipping and digging the slag out of my flower beds along with the layer of concrete in the middle of my lawn left from where the concrete pump guy washed out his pump and hoses. I ended up paying another contractor $1,700 to grind down and resurface the messy slab.

Don't have the proper equipment's, do not honor the warranty, they don't know what are they doing.

We had the driveway installed with pavers and they did a great job. Everyone was very helpful from the 1st day we met with the salesman to the last day. Even though the hurricane caused a delay with the install, they got right to us after the storm had passed. We would definitely use them again.
