Nanticoke Construction, LLC

Super reliable and skilled group of guys. Really appreciate their work.

Chad Bernadino of Nanticoke Construction was a pleasure to work with. He responded to my initial call in a timely way, showed up on time to give me an estimate, made helpful suggestions to keep the project within my budget, offered to pick up all the materials and supplies, and cleaned up thoroughly when he was done. He will be my first choice for future projects.

I will never hire anyone else. Chad has completed multiple renovation projects for me in two different homes. The job gets done right and it gets done on time. He keeps close communication before, during, and after a project is completed to make sure everything is as the customer expects and both parties are on the same page throughout the entire project life cycle. Clean, friendly, and professional - to say that Chad takes pride in his work is an understatement.

Chad is very reliable, professional, and brings a lot of knowledge to the projects he works on. In addition, seems to have a lot of joy and pride in his work, and the jobs not complete until both parties are happy. Easy to work with and fair costs. Chad is my guy!

Chad is a true craftsman with a highly creative mind and precise attention to detail. Chad has completed a number of major projects in our home, all of which we have been extremely pleased, therefore the reason why we consistently request his services. Chad completes work in a very timely manner. His services are VERY reasonable. You wonâ t find a more comfortable individual with whom to work.

Most important showed up on time. Was professional and very neat. Like most people I added a couple of projects and it was no problem. I have worked with a lot of contractors over the years and I am pleased that I found Chad is now doing a second job for me and I know there will be more in the future

He came to work on time, did a great job.

Very professional and responsive... easy to work with

Working with Chad was an absolute pleasure he helped me with other projects that needed attention very thorough, highly skilled and most importantly HONEST.

Service was excellent. We need more job that explains what is going on as you along to get the customer visualize what was wrong.

Working with Chad Bernardino and Nanticoke Construction was a joy and a pleasure. He was extremely communicative throughout the entire process. It felt like he was not just doing whatever he wants, he wanted to make sure that customer was satisfied and I really appreciated that.

Chad was professional, straightforward, and always got the job done in a reasonable time frame. What I appreciated was how clear and honest his original quote was. He provided me with the cost of materials as well as labor and when things were done, the price on the original quote was what I paid.

Chad Bernardino is an excellent contractor and a man of his word! When he tells you the time limit and the cost, it's right on point and it won't exceed it like some contractors I've worked with in the past. The duration of his time is exactly what he tells you. I've never met someone of his caliber or quality! He's wonderful, respectful and I will continue to use him!
