Napa Valley Home Inspections

I was very pleased with our home inspection. Dean was prompt and courteous. He spoke with us before and after the inspection. He reported his findings and recommendations. The next day he sent me the report in writing along with photos. At no point did we feel we were being rushed and he addressed all our questions.

Dean made my first home buying experience a lot easier with his professional attitude, thorough inspection, accurate information, and a well-written report--with revisions--inside of my 1-week inspection contingency. Dean also did me a huge favor by speaking out against it when the home sellers suggested, during his inspection, that they would take certain fixtures not listed in the disclosures, reminding them that everything stays unless disclosed in writing. Dean gave me a much better understanding of exactly what I was getting into with my home purchase. Excellent service all around.
