Napco Restoration Company

After doing a bit of online research, I came across Napco and set up an initial appointment to review a surface mold issue I noticed in the attic. The owner / founder, Todd Napoli, arrived at our home and walked us through different remediation options and post remediation preventative measures to put us in best position to avoid a similar issue in the future. Todd is incredibly patient, is well versed in all relevant technical aspects, and talked through in detail his recommended course of action. The knowledge and approach was head and shoulders above the other competitors we interviewed. Todd was front and center throughout the process. Daily communication, on site, navigating and driving the project. The business is fully insured / licensed and they don't contract / outsource the work. Work product was on point, the site was left organized / clean each day and following the project the attic looked far better than it did before Todd and his team arrived. They protected our valuables in the attic and were minimally disruptive. Todd is honest and thoughtful. He gave many explanations and appropriate comments during the visit, even pointed out the issue in our attic which we never noticed before. The price is good even if more samples were collected compared to what was planned.
