NRC Restoration

I had some problems with this company. They came to give a bid, and then we adjusted the work to be done and I agreed, but I never heard back from them to schedule it. I emailed after several weeks to remind them about the job, and they did come out. One of his workers broke a slide I had stored inside for my pool and caused a breaker to go off, which then after several days I realized my hot water heater had no hot water. I had to call a plumber to find the cause $$. The slide is expensive $$ I asked several times for an itemized bill detailing the work that was done, but all I on the bill was insulation. I had recommended him to some clients of mine and they had problems also with not seeing the attic fan and telling the buyers one was needed (one was there all the time). I will look for other sources for myself and my clients.

Todd is incredibly patient, is well versed in all relevant technical aspects, and talked through in detail his recommended course of action. The knowledge and approach was head and shoulders above the other competitors we interviewed. Todd was front and center throughout the process. Daily communication, on site, navigating and driving the project. The business is fully insured / licensed and they don't contract / outsource the work. Work product was on point, the site was left organized / clean each day and following the project the attic looked far better than it did before Todd and his team arrived. They protected our valuables in the attic and were minimally disruptive.
