Napky Contractor Services did an outstanding job from the start to finish with getting my specs of my new inside and outside units correct to where they fit correctly and transitioned 25 year old A/C and gas heating furnace from the old to the new went without no problems. It was a two day process, came to my house well prepared with all the products and extras tweaks couple tweaks that they had to do with the small limited area they had. When it was completed and I expected the finished product, I was wowed on how well it was up today's code and able to get the inside to better conformed so when it is maintained in the fall and spring by them while I am in the house or future HVAC companies with future owners will have less issues than we did when I bought it. Napky Contractor Services are also very knowledgeable on the latest technology to where I wanted the comfort of the Halo system to help with the family with the allergies of the outside and inside of house for all year round to be eliminated which also be a good selling point when I do sell, plus I wanted to go more technology wise and get the new generation whole house humidifier for the winter time so I don't have to keep wasting my money every two or three years on store bought humidifiers. The price Napky Contractor Services he was able to get for me was hands down not able to beat with their competitors. I know if I would of went with one of the competitors it would cost me more, not know if service would be done right, and or how it would turned out in the end. I know I got the best price , service and future technology for my house. I am making sure i am making the best investments for my house. Napky Contractor Services has been servicing several of my houses that I have had over the past 10 years now. I am a loyal customer who knows when they found the right company to get them through my needs of HVAC electrical, etc. I have referred friends and co-workers over the years and they impressed as well when they worked with Napky Contractor Services and still to this day. It has been two weeks now with the new units and i am so glad I finally took the plunge and changed out the two 25 year old units and replaced them. The A/C is so much better and I can't wait to see what the winter time will be like instead of what dread I felt with the old systems.

I've had Eliu Napky perform several services at my home over the last year. He's now the only one I use for heating/cooling issues. When I was ready to replace my 24-year-old furnace, he found the best option to match my home needs and coordinate with my A/C unit. He didn't try to 'upsell' me a more expensive unit, which I appreciated. He also removed the old water line installation for my humidifier, since it was attached to the cold water line for my water heater. (standard now is to attach it to the hot water line). I contracted him to do semi-annual maintenance on furnace, A/C, and water heater. I just had him replace my broken water heater. He came that evening to see what was needed, discussed options (I chose the tankless water heater), cost, and installation times, then followed up with an emailed estimate for me to approve. He ordered the water heater and installed it as soon as it arrived. Every service was done quickly, on time, and at the price quoted. Excellent and responsive service. I would highly recommend him and plan to continue using his service.

Mr. Napky was straight forward about what was needed for the job and about the cost. He didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. He was polite and efficient. He even cleaned up a little dirt on the floor. When my new appliances were installed there were no issues at all. All in all a great job! I would easily recommend me him to anyone.

I called him to recharge my r22 in HVAC because another contractor recommended it. He came, and instead of doing what I asked...he did a quick test and told me "save your money....no r22 needed". While he was here, I had him add a GFCI outlet as well. Simply a nice and honest guy. Thank you

they responded very quickly, came in and told me what was needed and the price. Got the parts to repair the sauna when on one else could, and they fixed it quickly. Works great now. I will use them again for our electrical and heating, a/c needs. Good service and a price that was 20% less.

We had two lights in our master closet go out. Turns out a wire was loose in a plug in the adjacent room. We communicated easily with Him. He showed up on time and was thorough. He Identified the problem and fixed it in under an hour. He also charged a fair price compared to other quotes I received. I would recommend and hire again.

The work to install a new outlet and find and replace outdated face plates was excellent!! And, the price was so very, very reasonable.
