Very friendly & professional

A dinner guest dropped a full glass of red wine on the 2-month-old rug in my living room! I was certain the stains would never come out. Craig of CB Carpet Cleaning came to our home...a bit late, but called to advise me, so it was certainly forgivable and very understandable (since he did try to make the appointment for later in the week, but I wouldn't let him). I had several "exploratory" appointments scheduled of which he was the first. But, he was so "in command" of the problem and so professional and yet personal, that both my partner and I felt very comfortable with him handling the job. And, boy, are we pleased we did. The damage is barely noticeable and he charged us a very reasonable price. Not only would I definitely call him again for any flooring problems I might have (he handles tiles as well), but we intend to add him to the list of preferred contractors for the development in which we live.

Without a doubt, Craig did a perfect and professional job. The carpets now look brand new. Craig was prompt, neatly dressed and had top of the line equipment. We will definitely use his service again, and would highly recommend CB Carpet Cleaning!!!

I was going to go with steam carpet cleaning but decided to try this-it is a citrus based cleaner and works much better than steam cleaning ! Carpets came wonderfully clean with no wrinkling from carpets being stretched when steamed.

Craig was on time....got right to our carpets. Spent a little extra time on our traffic areas but the result? We couldn't be happier. He is on our list of people to call! Thanks H.A. for making this happen!

There was not a drastic difference visually in the before cleaning and after cleaning. I think that was due to the carpets being in pretty good condition before the cleaning. There was a pleasant citrus smell which was much nicer then the chemical smell sometimes from the other steamer companies.

I had my carpets cleaned last month by this company. I thought it was a good value, however after testing the carpet in a non-traffic area after being cleaned using a little green machine with water saw that the water being sucked up from the carpet was filthy . I do not know if there was a problem with his machine, but this feels a bit gross to me. The gentleman was nice and did remove some pet stains but trying to save some money by not using the steamer company, clearly did not pay off.

Immediate call back and house visit. Great price and quality of work. I dare say a perfect experience.
