Asphalt Shingle Roofing Installation and Replacement
This company refuses to pay sub contractors. Unfortunately Florida lien laws require that contractor to lien the home that they worked on instead of the business. If you are considering doing business with this company, ask yourself this question, can the 80 something year old man in the wheelchair who runs this operation from his living room fix anything if it goes wrong? Ask your rep how long they’ve worked for the company. Nobody works for this company very long because the owner refuses to pay people. They also DO NOT have a GC license so they can not legally do jobs that require one.
