About us
We are new to HomeAdvisor but we are not new to Pressure Washing and Handyman Services. We specialize in residential and commercial pressure washing and can repair, build or install just about anything within the scope of our license. With 35+ years experience, as a child and young adult I spent over 22 years living in a family owned and operated apartment complex. We lived on site, repaired and maintained the complex as a family. I learned at an early age how to maintain and entire apartment complex. After school my siblings and I went to work and learned many skill sets and various trade knowledge. Now me and my wife Annette bring you Naples Pressure Washing Pros. We are family owned and operated.

Iâ m very pleased with the results, excellent handyman Benjamin and his helper Leo , they did the job taking down an old kitchen cabinet hanging from the ceiling , very difficult and complicated task it took them 2 hours to take it down, they cleaned up the are afterwards. I will definitely use them again , already recommended them to my neighbor who also wants to do the same job!

Roof - Clean
Dennis was supposed to be at my home at 10:00 am and called at 11:30 saying he was running behind and would be here at 12:00 PM. He showed up at 2:00 PM and from my first impressions he was a know it all and told me the price for cleaning my roof would be $300.00. I asked him what it would cost to clean the gutters and he said it would be an additional $200.00 to clean the gutters on all four sides of the house. I thought it was a lot extra but told him to go ahead and do it! When he was finished I noticed he did not clean the gutters inside the screen enclosure. A couple of days later I noticed that an area of grass about 6 foot by 7 foot near where he parked his truck in the street had turned brown so he must have sprayed some of the cleaner ion the grass! I am sure he will say that the gras was already brown in the area but it was not. This was at least 35 feet from the house so it was not overspray from the roof! He told me that I should have the roof cleaned once a year and it would cost about $300.00 per year to maintain the roof. This is after the female associate that I scheduled the job with said I should have the roof cleaned ever eighteen to twenty-four months and the cost for maintaining the roof after the first cleaning would be about $125.00 a year. This guy left a really negative impression and he acted like he was doing me a favor! Terrible customer service from a know it all! And I would not recommend this company!

As far as some grass that might have been burned by a spill, that is an easy fix and we would have resolved that as well. It?s very rare that something like that would happen, but when it does we resolve it immediately. Unfortunately, you didn?t call us for us to remedy the issues about a section of gutter that was missed or a patch of grass that turned yellow. As far as scheduling and being late, we performed your job on a weekend. The evening before we ran out of"

Gutter Covers and Accessories Installation and Replacement
very pleased with work performed.. had them come to give an estimate on gutter guards and a bonus was that they also did pressurewsshing. got a fair price on washing a storage shed and they quickly completed the job already. i also received an honest opinion about gutter guards, to keep pine needles out of the gutters which was great advice...very honest very happy!! thanks for sound advice and a job well done!
