This company was contracted to remodel two bathrooms. From Feb?Nov 2025, multiple crews were sent, yet the work was never completed. The contractor was paid in full because we believed the project was finished, but a few days later the bathroom leaked again. That repair was never completed. He initially said he would send someone, then stopped responding entirely. Several crews had to redo prior work. Major issues included: Master Bath ? Shower niche re-centered after tiling (fixed) ? Vanity/mirror re-centered after tiling (fixed) ? Two leaks causing ceiling damage; second leak due to improper shower floor perimeter installation. Ceiling repairs (spackle/paint) never finished; concerned shower pan may be improperly installed ? Shower niche still pools water; silicone/grout peeling (not fixed) Main Bath ? Silicone around tub separating (not fixed) Despite months of attempts to allow the contractor to correct these issues, the work remains unfinished and communication has stopped.

I recently had the pleasure of hiring Nat and his team to repair my basement walls and flooring, and I must say, they exceeded all my expectations. From start to finish, the experience was nothing short of outstanding. Not only did they provide top-notch service, but they also did so at a price that was fair and competitive. Furthermore, I was thoroughly impressed by the level of cleanliness maintained throughout the project. I cannot recommend Napoleone & Sons, Inc. highly enough.

Never finished job started it took deposit then stopped showing and doesnt answer my calls

He's very innovative, very knowledgeable, And he does quality work.

The quality of the workmanship was excellent and the attention to detail was the same.
