"Started the job after gutting the complete first floor and replacing the supporting wall header we noticed that there were other areas that were previously not done properly. We replaced (2) additional headers that were not on the original quote. At that point, he decided to use his men from his company to do some work. MR Abbas only paid a deposit and the work that was done at that point was more than what he paid me. So at the end of the day, MR Abbas got more than what he paid for."
