Tommy and Maria are a great team. They replaced my basement stairs and the paneling on the walls going down the basement. They did excellent work and made valuable suggestions that I accepted to make the job even better. Price was very reasonable the work was excellent. I would definitely hire them again and highly recommend Napolitano and Sons.

Gave them over $20,000 in jobs in our home total. Re-built wheel chair ramp. They were great while doing the jobs, year and half later contacted to because some of the PVC post came loose. Also requested assistance with range microwave installed for my 75yr old mother that she could open and shakes. Initially contacted and understood due to covid circumstances. Stood patient for 6+ months )12/20-5/21 with check-ins. Always given a run around, even lied and gave run around when my mother called them. Town finally came to inspect, gave them 4 weeks notice, still never came. Was fined by town for certain things with ramp when contacted them (ONLY Through Text, because they never answered phone) Maria the wife told me DONOT CONTACT US ANYMORE YOU COULD OF HAD ANY HANDY MAN REPAIR IT. Paid someone to come in and fix their mess, never secured post with screws so anyone leaning on ramp could fall, microwave never mounted to the wall plate. They take your money and do no guarantee any of their work. I recommended them to other people and they said the same thing nice while doing work but do not guarantee or back up their work. They remodeled a in closed patio , installed new windows that leak and the issue was never corrected. The wood floor installation was not properly installed and as well never came back to correct the issue.

"Teresa, It is sad that you would give such a bad review after all the good and honest work we did for you. I understand your frustration especially since you needed to lie to the town in order to receive your CO for your ramp 3 years after the work was completed. I hope you and Mom are doing well. We never lied to you or did any of those things. We only repaired the ramp after your last contractor made a mess of it, and we lost money doing it. As for the other work, You never complained and when u mentioned the leak in the window, we repaired it right away. It was explained to you that this was not an indoor room, that is not what you asked us to build. You were fully aware that there may be some leaks. We put our best in everything we do, and yes we do back our work. You can confirm that with all our customers that still use us after 30 years. Im sorry you had to lie to make yourself feel better. We are confident in our work and our honesty. . As for your microwave, the previous one was installed wrong by your previous contractor and we mentioned to you that the tile was your problem, you did not want to repair it, We explained that it would loosen again in time. You also forgot to mention that it took almost 6 months to schedule an appointment to repair the spindles that you broke because you needed to be home, we could have done them because they were outside We gave you many different dates but you either cancelled or couldn't take the date. Unfortunately for you, we have other customers to tend to. As for your Mom she is a great person, we highly respect her and we did not lie to her. I did ask you not to contact us anymore due to your rude texts We were truthful about the dates we gave you and you refused or cancelled. We wish you well and I hope your Mom is doing amazing. Again we are sorry you feel this way. God bless you and your family."

This is the second time I hired Tom and Maria. They are impeccable with their work and how they run their business. From the start they were constantly communicating and making suggestions. If you hire them you will not be only be satisfied, I can not wait to use my new porch. It came out better than can be expected. Their craftsmanship and attention to detail is second to none.

I hired Tom and Maria to build side steps to my house. What a great decision to use Napolitano and Sons. The quality of work and workmanship and service was a 10. The constant communication was above and beyond. His attention to detail and making sure everything was done the right way speaks highly of his character. Tom truly makes you feel like he is working on his own home. I will be using them again to build my new front porch very shortly. Hire Tom and Maria, you will be very happy.

Napolitano and Sons did good work, he was neat and thorough. He showed up when he was expected and completed the job on time. He worked with our schedule and was flexible regarding days and times. His fee was fair and competitive with other estimates we received. We will hire him again and recommend him to others. A pleasant and responsible contractor.
