One Time Interior House Cleaning
Nara was very pleasant and easy to get ahold of. Unfortunately I cannot recommend her. Nara was 1 1/2 hours late for her appointment and did not call to inform me. I had to call her. Then she was even later than she said she would be at that point. She did an adequate job of cleaning the house but missed a few things that I had to go back and fix, including a spot on the floor that was quite dirty. For all that, she was also more expensive than she should have been.

Nara said she had a partner that worked with her, but the partner apparently cancelled, so she did the job by herself. After a few questions, I got the feeling there really was no partner and that she is a one-person crew. I specifically asked for a TEAM of workers, so I was disappointed. Some areas she did Ok and others looked like they had not been touched. She tended to keep the door to whatever room she was working in near-closed, so it was hard actually see what she was doing. The final result was not what I expected of course. I would pay the extra money to try the #1 rated company next time.

I'm very happy with Nara. She did a great job. There are 2 reasons I didn't give her 5 stars. First, we're still trying to work out a schedule. When I interviewed her I asked if she could come after 4 and she said yes, but now she wants to come while I'm at work during the day and I'm not comfortable with that. Second, I would like her to be more thourough with the floors. Other than that, I'm very happy.

Nice but quiet. Did a good overall surface cleaning. Seemed very interested if about whether someone would be home everytime she cleaned - not sure what that means.
