while Nardone Cement came in with a very reasonable quote, once payment was received he did not finish the job (ie clean up, remove wood frames, caulking and cutting of concrete). Received a lien on my property from VanHorn cement as Nardone did not pay them for cement that was supplied (part of the quote).

The contractor did everything that was requested and even came by when it was raining to check on the job truly had a good experience with this company

He called us right away, squeezed our small rat-wall job in right away and also had quite a challenge to get his equipment to our back yard. He explained that his equipment wouldn't be able to get through our fence's gate. He had to remove part of the fence and reinstall it. His quote took care of all of that and his price was fair. Job was done as requested. We passed the city inspection.
