The visit by the evaluation person seemed to go well. The estimate seemed fair. Two issues cropped up that lead to this poor evaluation 1. The person who did the evaluation was not able to answer questions about asbestos flooring. 2. Following the issuance of the estimate, the company manager stopped responding to my emails. Technically they might be ok, but I would not trust that they would do what they promised John N.
