Mike as promised completed quality work in one day and reinsulated steam pipes next day. Mike has perfect planning about project time and work. He is very honest and helpful.     The visit by the evaluation person seemed to go well. The estimate seemed fair. Two issues cropped up that lead to this poor evaluation 1. The person who did the evaluation was not able to answer questions about asbestos flooring. 2. Following the issuance of the estimate, the company manager stopped responding to my emails. Technically they might be ok, but I would not trust that they would do what they promised John N.

Regarding the email that was sent from you when I was out from the ofiice "I'Igor I'm having trouble convincing my wife and daughter that the home will be safer from the asbestos threat after your work. What can you offer? Thank you John Neglia " ---- We can offer you an asbestos-free area for safe living, on the proposal that was sent to you, there is the office phone number that you can call if you have any questions or concerns or requesting the negotiations if you think that price is high.
