I had Narrow Path Lawn Control mow my yard for 2 months. On Saturday, August 22nd I received a message saying that they would not be able to mow my lawn after this month. I then sent a text message to the owner Matt Hjort and asked if he would be coming to mow for the last time on August 26th. His response was YES. However, he did not come by on that day. I sent him 3 different messages since yesterday asking if he was coming to come and mow my yard as HE PROMISED. No response. I have also asked for my money back. Again no response. I would NEVER REFER him to anyone. The money he owes me is not a lot, however, is the principle of the matter.

"I was unable to service this persons lawn on their normally scheduled day because of weather-related issues before the week was over she posted this bad review. Sorry we could not help this person I wish she would have been a little more understanding."

When I called Matt responded quickly. Lawn mowing is good; however, I have seen other companies that go over the lawn more to eliminate too much grass from sitting on the lawn. But Matt does a pretty good job of this. I am happy overall and will continue.

Matt was very courteous and showed up on time. However he assumed that our gate was to small to get in back yard and just drove off. In speaking to Matt on phone I assured him gate was large enough and he returned. Job was completed and told Matt I wanted weekly service, paid him more than his asking price and asked for a credit on following weeks service. I have not heard from Matt since and have hired someone else. I wish the best to Matt, the amount of money was to small to get upset about!
