we used the company to remodel both a master and guest bathroom. it was quite an extensive remodel that included demolition and installation of almost the entire bathrooms. the customer service and communication was fantastic and they really work with you to make sure you are entirely happy. there were some small issues with finishing work but I suspect this is common with just about all major remodeling work

They are fantastic!! I really fell in love with them. They listened to what I wanted and provided that to me and more. They were so respectful and cleaned up after the work. I am hiring them back for 2 other jobs.

The door does not fit - was not wide enough for the door opening. The lock is difficult to lock.

I used HomeAdvisor to find a Pro and Narus Modern Concepts is the real deal. They came the next day after my call - on time - gave me an estimate - got the needed supplies and finished the job the same day for less work and money than I expected. I am extremely satisfied.

I was very pleased with the professionalism of this company. They are prompt, courteous, extremely reasonably priced and did an excellent job in a timely manner. I am now compiling a list of more services I need at my home and this will definitely be the company I use for every one of them!

I will hire them again, plan on using them for bath and kitchen re-do, plus several smaller jobs at my home. They are on time, courtesy, extremely neat and most of all knowledgeable. They were delightful!!

Very friendly people. Prompt response from worker and he worked very efficiently and took very little time to complete the job properly. He also gave me insight into other projects/work that can be done particularly in my bathroom that needs a lot of work. And, the price was much less expensive than other places I checked previously.

The company did a tremendous job, I will hire them again if I have to in the future. Their business is guaranteed, they are punctual. The company cleaned after themselves, left no trash. The company keeps in contact with you to see if anything happens with the project, and if there is something wrong they will try to go out there and fix it with no charge; if they can of course. I have nothing bad to say but good things, who ever hires them made a good decision to their investment.

The company was very curious, worked with my budget when other companies wouldn't. I would recommend them, they did an excellent job, very professional individuals. They definitely made things easier for me through the process of the project.
