Mr. Crosby came out to look at a heat pump/air handler that others had said needed to be replaced (for between eight and twelve grand). He determined that our system could be repaired for about $650. He did that, replaced some other parts that might have failed soon, and upgraded our thermostat, for under $800 total. I have also used his company since them and will enter into a service contract with them. Mr. Crosby is honest and of the highest integrity. I can recommend his company without reservation.

He could have told me to replace the furnace or need to purchase a new Heat Exchanger. Instead he informed me the part was under warranty still and he would take care of getting the replacement part. He had issues in getting the part, no fault of his, but he frequenetly called to update my wife on that and to ask if she was ok and warm. He eventually got the part he needed, and had it installed and running as quickly as possible. Would I recommend him again? Yes. Taking care of the customer was his first priority and it showed.
