Tile: Ceramic and Porcelain - Install
Failed to install flooring per manufacturing specification, when I identify that to them the first and the second time, have pictures, I was called from the owners spouse and she was yelling . They said they didn't approve the material but they signed the contract and they reviewed the material prior to order the material and start of the project.

I hired them 3-4 weeks ago to grout the tile in the kitchen. When he came to do the work he didn't take out the old grout. He grouted over the old grout. The next day the grout was cracking and coming loose. I called him back and told him it was starting to crack. He said ok and he would fix it. He never contacted us to fix this. We have called him several times and he refuses to answer our calls. I called him Nov 17 and told him if he didn't fix it I would contact a lawyer. He called Monday Nov 20 and said he would be out the day after Thanksgiving. He never showed up. Some one else from his company came Tuesday to fix this work. It looks nice.

I paid him to clear weed trees off my fence which he did a good job on. But part of the payment was to haul away the brush pile that he made while clearing the fence to date (Nov 28) he has not done that despite phoning him and getting another commitment to do it.
