The work done resulted in my kitchen sink no longer getting hot water. He said the agreement I signed did not guarantee hot water working. Probably a fluke situation. Otherwise, I would have given 5 stars. Great pre-work, research, quoting. Responsive, easy to schedule. Nice guy.

Thank you for the nice things you have said. The job was over 2 years ago now. If I remember correctly my diagnosis was that your kitchen faucet did not have a sufficient flow rate for your On-Demand water heater to fire on. I offered to replace your faucet but you declined. Can you share with me how you solved this problem? Was it indeed a flow rate problem?
