We cannot say enough great things about our experience with Nastar Roofing â AND Nastar Gutters. Our house was built in 1964; Iâ m certain that the roof was replaced since then, but I donâ t believe that the soffit and fascia was, and believe that it was the original. My husband reached out for a quote, and met with Joe, who explained what they would do, gave us a brochure with various color options (we got a metal roof installed), and was always available to answer any questions we had. As far as price, they were the lowest out of every single quote we got. The owner even called us to talk about our color choice! When the time came for our roof to be done, they came first thing in the morning and worked until the new rubber membrane was on. We had some rotting of wood, and they replaced that. What we also had that was a challenge was we have a Florida room with a flat/slightly-pitched, two-level roof. Our original roof had paper just rolled over the uneven part, which cause leakage into our room below. Nastar treated it as two separate roofs (genius!), added the rubber barrier, and rolled roofing paper onto the two parts of the roof. They also heat-sealed the seams, which made a great, waterproof barrier. Finally, the soffit and fascia team came in and did such a beautiful job. I really didnâ t think it could be done as neatly and perfectly as it was, but you could tell they knew what they were doing, and have been doing it for a long time. We have had many people drive past and walk past our house and just stop to tell us how beautiful our roof looks, and we always sing the praises of everyone at Nastar. What a great experience!!

Tony Armstrong was professional, informative, courteous and with a great work ethic. He provided pictures documenting the roof before, during and after the repair. He is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He even did some little extras to make the roof water tight in all areas.

Tony came out and quickly discovered the problem. I had a vent pipe boot where the caulking had failed. Tony offered to fix it while he was here . I thought the price was very reasonable and he fixed it on the spot! Peace of mind is very important to me and Nastar Roofing and Tony gave me that!

Tony responded to my Home Advisor request immediately! We discussed what we needed and costs. Appointment was made for very next morning. He arrived on time, completed the job and my problem looks like it was never there. The job was expertly done and Tony was an incredible person to work with. I would hire him again and not think twice!!

Tony Armstrong and son did all the necessary repairs to our roof. They were extremely thorough. They explained what they were going to do and why, taking photos of each step. We felt they were forthright and honest. We would have them back if we needed any additional roof repair.. and would ask for them by name. We felt very secure in their profession manor and in the work that they performed. We would highly recommend them to anyone who needed a new roof or a roof repair.

It was a pleasure to deal with Tony and Tony. They were business-like and prompt. I particularly liked getting a statement of work, an estimate and a price from the dsme person who was to perform the repair. Tony explained the issue to be addressed so that I understood what work was needed.. This is a rare experience in Naples where, in my other experiences, the deal is cut with the sales dept and another crew shows up and performs the work. The price was reasonable when compared to the settlement I will get from the warranty on the roof.

Tony and his son were great! Tony called right away to follow-up and schedule a time; called to come earlier, found the leak in the two story tile roof, showed me pics of the impacted areas, gave me a very fair estimate, repaired the leak with pics before, during and after - all in very short order! Would definitely recommend, and will use again in the future.

Responsive and capable

Very responsive and always on time. Of the 4 companies I contacted I feel they were the most honest and interested in the work I wanted done.

Did the work very quickly and even left us some extra tiles for future use if needed!

Tony was able to identify the source of the leak in our tile roof right away. He explained what was happening and how he was going to fix it. He came the next day to do the repair and took photos of each step needed, which was very helpful to know that it was done correctly. After all, once the tiles are back in place, you can't see what the repair was. They were less expensive than the other estimates we received. You can't beat next day service and a job well done!

Before I could get out of the attic where I was showing the "inside" guy where the leak was, the "outside" guy, he had the tiles off and had the minor leak source identified. They fixed the source of the leak and had everything back together in 35 minutes. Well worth the $150.

Tony & Tony were superb. They arrived on time, and did all work professionally. They kept me apprised of what I needed through every step.

We had a leak in the roof. When I checked Nastar in home, Tony was on the phone within minutes to respond and set up an appointment for the next day. He came to our home the next morning as he scheduled an he and his son went in the attic and on the roof to locate the problem. They were able to find the problem and offered me a contract to fix the roof after he explained in detail the nature of the problem and how he would fix it. I signed the contract immediately (no deposit required) and he scheduled a time, the next morning to do the repair. He called early the next morning to reschedule for the next day because at that moment we we in the midst of tropical storm/hurricane ETA with high winds and torrential rain. They came the next morning a set to work to fix our roof. In a few hours they were done and Tony showed me a series of step-by-step pictures of the work from start to finish. Highly professional and VERY competent. He is very polite, thorough in his explanations of the work and the one year guarantee. I liked the was Tony conducted his business and I would get him again if I ever needed more work. I strongly recommend him â - 5 stars is not sufficient to express my regard for his work!
