Leonard and his team were fantastic. I had a swinging double door that opened from my bedroom to my balcony that was aging. I wanted it to be replaced with a sliding glass door. However, the size of the door was non-standard and required a custom door to be built. Leonard was very professional in quoting the work and very easy to communicate with. Once the door was made, the removal of the old door and the installation of the new door was done within an afternoon. Would highly recommend People's Choice.

I couldn't be more happier about my experience with Peoples Choice. The work was done quickly and it was done well. The communication was very clear and direct and, most importantly, honest. We actually had an unforeseen situation happen that expanded the project from remodeling our kitchen, to remodeling our kitchen AND primary bathroom. The new estimate for costs and timeline were not only fair, but accurate. I have never undertaken a remodeling project before, but I felt completely safe and confident with Peoples Choice throughout the entire process. I'm looking forward to the next opportunity I will have to work with them!

I cannot say enough positive things about People's Choice and about Leonard. I was given a quote which was honored and a timeline that was followed to the day. Leonard is a consummate professional who has a very keen eye and is great at problem solving if any situations arise. We used him to remodel a bathroom and a kitchen/dining room, and also had some windows replaced. His team is amazing and highly skilled and he comes to check the work to make sure that everything is progressing the way it should. I highly, highly recommend using him for any remodeling and plan on using his services again in the future for other projects I am already cooking up! I am THRILLED with my new kitchen!

We remodeled a small bathroom in Chicago condo taking it down to the studs.. Leonard and his workers were on time and cleaned up at the end of each day. He made sure we were only without a toilet for. 3 days. The workmanship was great and we are very pleased with the result. We would hire again!

We evaluated 7 contractors. PC was the most professional, reliable, reasonably priced (quotes were 6500-60000!, clean, timely and high quality. They were responsive and worked hard. I would highly recommend them to work in your house.

Peoples Choice did an incredible job completely transforming a small, dark bathroom into a bright and spacious focal point of our home. We started the project with another contractor who we fired after it became clear he lacked the experience and skill necessary to work on our 130+ year old home in Chicago. We then interviewed 10+ contractors, all with very high BBB ratings, to find someone to fix the mess left behind by the first guy. We ultimately decided on Peoples Choice because Leonard was thorough, helpful, and honest with his assessment of our bathroom. After our first conversation, it was immediately clear that Peoples Choice had the vision and expertise we were looking for to give us exactly what we wanted. I don't care how long I have to wait, I'm not letting anyone other than Peoples Choice work on my home. I trust them 100%.

Leonard and his team provided a easy customer experience they created a beautiful work of art in our bungalow bathroom. The tile work was top notch!

I just had my bathroom renovated by Peopleâ s Choice Home Improvement. They did a fantastic job. I was able to contact Leonard Belsky, the owner, anytime I had a question or concern about the job and he was immediately available by phone or text. He guided my decisions with advice and suggestions which helped in making the best choices as to what would be appropriate for my space. Igor, who did the labor was excellent. He was very quiet and very tidy. The whole job went so smoothly I would recommend them and would definitely use them again for another project. Furthermore, they loved my dogs and I was very appreciative about that!

The project was completed quickly. Once they started on the project, they worked on it everyday until it was done. Same crew every day. Leonard, the boss, came out everyday to check out the project, and he was very easy to get a hold of via text or phone calls, even in the evening and weekends. I would hire him again.

Leonard runs one of the few great contractor operations in Chicago. He's honest, easy to reach, patient, and funny as hell. If we ever need any job done that they do, they're hired, no need to call anyone else.

I cannot say enough good things about Leonard and People's Choice Home Improvement! I had them come in and do an entire bathroom remodel and window frame. I didn't know what to expect being the first major renovation. Everything went so smooth that I was worried. But to no avail, everything was done beautifully! The bathroom looks like it came from a million dollar mansion. Spectacular Craftsmanship! Hard working, very quiet Igors did wonders with the bathroom. Amazing! They should be your first choice everytime! We enjoyed their work so much that we're having them redo a second bathroom.

This was as great of an experience I could have hoped for. Leonard was very communicative and very helpful in helping with suggestions. He would answer every call I had and answer my questions. I have had a couple friends come over since they finished and I have already sent his info to two of my friends.

I asked for a new deck and got a work of art! I could not be more pleased with the new deck that was built by Peoples Choice Home Improvement. I am an amateur woodworker and I notice the small details of excellent craftmanship and the attention to detail was very evident. The customer service from Leonard as well as the entire construction crew was superb. They showed up every day on time and left the site clean and orderly each evening. Even during a downpour they improvised and did a lot of preconstruction in my garage so as not to delay the project. There were some unforeseen issues with the way my home was constructed and the crew carefully pointed out a few options that would work to make the deck safe. I appreciated the care they took to make sure I was comfortable with the changes they suggested and how we mutually agreed to move forward with the modifications. Other companies might have just proceeded leaving the issues to show up at a future date. I rarely give reviews or recommendations but I felt compelled to write this one. The best testament to outstanding work is the fact that my neighbors have all been asking for Leonardâ s business card. I would not hesitate to suggest Peopleâ s Choice to anyone and I will be using them for future projects.

As was true in our previous (upstairs) renovation the year before, Leonard remains the epitome of professionalism. He communicates readily and clearly; follows up daily; makes thoughtful suggestions and defers to our final decisionsâ but we found that we were always pleased following his suggestions. He routinely shopped for the best price on the best materials. Peter, the main tradesman assigned to our project, always arrived promptly, worked diligently, and cleaned up the workspace admirably. His creativity in finding solutions to old-house problems and new design ideas was unceasing, and the quality of his work is unsurpassed. Pricing was competitive for extremely high quality work. Weâ ll happily continue our working relationship with Peopleâ s Choice and highly recommend them for any home project.

Leonard was professional and timely. The project was completed on time and on budget. He is responsive and helpful. The deck is extremely well designed.
