When I met with Nate to review everything I wanted done, he agreed to everything and wrote up a quote. It was a good price so we scheduled the work. On the first day, he was supposed to clean out our beds, pull dead bushes and trim others, prep the lawn for seed and mulch. Showed up late, did not clear all the bushes we agreed on and his worker flattened one of our flower beds with his blower. Completely missed blowing out our back bed. His worker was there for maybe 2 hours and missed a bunch of items and did not prep the lawn - left before I could tell him, so I called Nate to tell him, and he agreed to do it the next day. Next day rolls around and I met him outside to review everything we agreed to, and he said he had to rush and get the lawn prepped because his hydro seed lawn was right behind him. He did a decent job prepping the lawn, but he definitely rushed it and did not take any care with the corners. Reminded him several times of the items he needed to complete, and they left without finishing them. Sent his guy back who stayed for 15 minutes and still did not finish everything - left before I could talk to him. Called Nate again and got the same --okay, we will take care of it-- Guy came back again for another 15 minutes and still did not complete everything. I work from home and could not be standing there all day directing this guy. I just gave up. He told me he took some money off, but we still paid him $2515 for an incomplete job that took a half a day - should have been at least 8 hours of work. They also left our walkway and driveway a complete mess. He is a young guy and a good guy with his own business, and we wanted to give him a chance. Nate - a word of advice. When you review a job with someone and give them a quote, you have to complete the work you quoted. If I only did half my job, I would not have a job. You need to project manage better and have some respect for peoples property - leave it looking half decent. If you decide to use this service, get an itemized quote and hold him to it before you hand over a check.

Stay away from this guy, promises everything but delivers nothing except dirt! Spent $3500 for new lawn have ended up with just dirt and sand. This guy promised results with him and his "crew" but its really just him as he rents all his equipment, Just a warning, don't be swindled by this guy!

During winterizing he ruined my irrigation system, then this spring he refused to fix it, i.e. first was not responding to my texts, then scheduled the visit but did not show up.

Great price. Difficult timing coordination (lots of back and forth texts). So/so quality, there were still about 1-2 leaves/square foot in about half the areas. Missed some areas, but that's my fault for not showing them what I wanted.

I have two houses near each other. Nate quoted a reasonable price for each, and agreed to be flexible in plowing one always and the other on-request. He quoted snow removal, I was pleasantly surprised to have the driveway sanded as well

Nate is a professional, not just some yahoo with a pickup truck and a plow. He's got a commercial setup with an automatic sander and so forth, and he did a great job. My girlfriend called him for me as a gift, and he was here within an hour. You can't get any better than that. He clearly takes his business seriously.
