Bathtub Installation and Replacement
He ignored me and did what he wanted. I asked for shower head to be raised about 3-4 inches and he put it 12 inches up so he didnt have to cut the pipe. He broke the new toilet seat when installing the toilet and just said oh well you need to buy a new one. After installing the toilet he cut the mounting screws to long and just put the cap over them and tried to hide so he didnt have to recut them. I made an appointment to install the 2nd toilet. He didnt show up and ignored my phone calls for 2 days. After I finally reached him he told me to hire someone else he was to busy. That was 2 weeks after the 1st toilet install.. I have brushed nickel throughout the bathroom. I bought the brushed nickel drain and he didnt like it so installed his own without notifying me ahead of time. What he installed was chrome drain so I would have to have the tub torn out again to replace with brushed nickel.

Came out the next day and fixed all the things on my list. He was polite and worked fast. 1 week later - My original problem was my kitchen sink was not draining properly. He reconfigured the pipes underneath. Now in this last week, whenever I use my garbage disposal, it backs up into the other sink. This was NEVER a problem before he came and reconfigured the pipes. He came today and said that there was nothing he could do. His only advise was to put my garbage in the trash. So now I have a sink that drains water more efficiently, but I cannot use my garbage disposal. He said there was nothing he could do to fix this. So I will have to hire another plumber to come fix the problem he created.
