The overall experience was excellent from start to finish. Kyle in sales was quick to return my call. An appointment was arranged with Kyle and Nate where we discussed our specifications. We decided to use a composite over treated lumber so that the appearance would remain sharp and there would be little maintenance required. Nate's team arrived a couple of weeks later and began the project. They removed the boards from our old deck and began constructing the new deck. They reinforced the structure where it needed to be stronger. There were a couple of parts that we purchased for the railing that had to be changed out which they promptly did. There were also a couple of modifications they recommended that improved our original design. They cleaned debris and kept the work site tidy. All on Nate's team were friendly and professional. We are extremely pleased with the look and quality of the work which was done at what we thought was a very reasonable price.
