When Nathan Came my oven stopped acting up, so he couldn t diagnose the problem completely. He did offer to clean my dishwasher filter while we waited. He was transparent about the costs of replacing electrical board if needed. He also told me the service call was good for 90 days in case oven started acting up.

Nathan Service came by to look at my Ice Maker. He told me to defrost the refrigerator so that he could replace a part in the freezer (which I did). I emptied my fridge putting items in coolers waiting for Nathan but he never returned. I ended up contacting another repair company.

Not sure if the serviceman was fully prepared to manage the different issues with the appliance based on all the pre visit information he was given. Because of that he wasn t prepared to address the issue. Also at least in this case may not have been knowledgeable about this appliance. Nice person overall.

Nathan was very nice on the phone. He contacted my tenant for me to let her know when he was on the way. He called me to let me know what the issue was before he did the work. The washing machine has been fixed.
