WARNING! WARNING! DANGER!!! DO NOT HIRE!!! DO NOT TRUST! My company hired Nathan's Carpet and we regret the moment we met the owner, Jorge. He took substantial deposit, delivered a HORRIBLE NIGHTMARE of an installation, and then completely disappeared. He took the deposit and left "to Italy" for 3 weeks! His crew butchered the sheet vinyl flooring installation in this medical facility, after repeatedly assuring us that his installers were "the best in the business." One day after they started installing, the vinyl started to bubble. We had to hire 2 FORENSIC FLOORING EXPERTS to ascertain what had gone wrong. Both experts concluded that it was the MOST irresponsible installation they'd seen in which Nathan's did not due to INDUSTRY-MANDATED moisture test prior to installing on concrete. The entire job has to be pulled up and started from scratch. Jorge Braschi, the owner, is nowhere to be found. Refuses to respond to emails, texts, and calls. Owes us almost $10000 and has disappeared.

Never ever call this guy they installed the floors on Jan this year , didn't take long before the floors crack , so we called nate , Jorge whoever his name is cause when we called frist his name was nate couple time we called him and all of sudden his name is Jorge so be careful with that, ok so we call nate/Jorge to Install the floor came gave us a quote etc etc, his workers came not him , after a month of being installed they start too crack and move out of place , so we called him too reinstall them that was in Jan 2024 now its July 2024 and he still not answering his phone , text and everytime we talk too him always the same excuse give me your info etc etc and then leaves us hanging , so IF I CAN put pictures up of his work I would but I'll use Google reviews to put his crappy work , so my suggestion is this STAY AWAY FROM THIS GUY COMPANY HE lazy his work is horrible again I wish I can put pictures up on this guy work I really wish so you can see what his company does , worthless job stay away from nate/Jorge whoever he says his name is , and after this review going too write a complaint on Angie list too make sure no one else deals with this company he rips off people again find someone else

Jorge was exceptional in the sales process. He came to our home several times to show different samples and even went to the extent of bringing a full box of the kind of plank flooring we wanted so that we could see the real product in our home. Truly exceptional service and communication throughout the whole process. The crew that installed the floor was also exceptional and very knowledgeable. While we ran into some small issues with some damaged planks, Jorge immediately sent the crew back and they fixed everything. We’re very pleased with the final result!

We hired Nathan’s carpet to remove the carpet from both upstairs and the stairwell and replace the entire house with new waterproof vinyl flooring. We also had them paint the inside of the house. They were fast, professional and did a great job. We would hire them in the future and recommend them to anyone looking for flooring or painting work.

From the day Jorge came to my home to give me a quote he arrived 15 minutes earl, was very professional, and knowledgeable. The day the crew arrived they arrive earlier than expected which was a plus for me. The entire team was professional, the Team Leader Louis was nice and prompt. I will definitely refer this company, they did an excellent job to my floors.

Fabulous experience couldn’t have gone any smoother from my request for quote on Angie to Jorge ‘s instant reply and coming over within 24 hours to see what we needed to do to resolve my issue to the two installers Luis and Victor who arrived on time as promised! Super helpful friendly knowledgeable and efficient and worked clean a true breath of fresh air these days will definitely let my friends Etcc know that Nathan’s carpet and flooring will not let you down ! Project went great couldn’t be happier with the service and with the work that was done.

The consultation was great. Jorge was patient and clear and explained the costs/financing well. They were ready to start the job quickly and came on time and completed the job in the amount of time they said they would (4 hours). I do recommend u remove all your furniture though because they are not liable for any damages to your furniture or items they need to move. Other than that, I love my new floors and I’m looking forward to them completing the floors in another property. Highly recommend.
